@matchaonomu: THE recipe you never knew you needed! so silky, so smooth, very MATCHA 😫 Matcha Terrine 🍫 180g white chocolate 🍵 20g matcha, sifted 🌾 80g rice bran oil 🥚 3 eggs, room temp 🥛 40g heavy cream 🥛 20g whole milk 1. Line a 6x3 inch mold with parchment paper. 2. Melt white chocolate in a bowl. 3. Add matcha and mix until well combined. 4. Add oil and stir until smooth. 5. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and cream. 6. Gradually add and mix the egg mixture to the matcha chocolate in three parts. 7. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve. 8. Pour into the mold and give it a few tap. 9. Bake in a hot water bath at 180C for 25 minutes. 10. Let cool at room temp, then cover with plastic wrap. 11. Refrigerate overnight to set. 12.
