Politicians meetings should be videotaped and every expense documented and available for public scrutiny..Councils, state and fed gov. These servants often have selfish of motives: greed, self agrandisement, conceipt, power etc. They rarely try to optimise the lot of fellow citizens. Accountability is needed.
