Pass me all the gelato, pastels and hearts 💘 You will need | • Three 100g bars - 1 x Milk and 2 x Blond chocolate @marksandspencerfood • Pink and peach food colouring - oil based & white chocolate chips • Choco Pastel Balls @sostrenegrene • Freeze Dried Ice Cream sweets @flyingtiger • Pastel sweets @flyingtiger • Star sprinkles @sostrenegrene • Baking Sheet • Skewer How to | • Pop the three bars in the oven at 50°c - I mistimed it this year and as you can see, it wasn’t quite ready. A couple more minutes and it was perfect! • Marble the three bars together with a skewer • Add drops of coloured white chocolate and swirl again!
