I’d say that about 90% of people I work with come to me after being unsuccessful with R+ only. This is the way I look at it- positive only dog trainers will keep trainers like you and I very busy 👍

+ only is great for teaching tricks. but it did nothing for my dog’s leash aggression he was just getting worse. doing balanced training now he’s learning how to handle triggers without lashing out

Dog to dog corrections/communication are SO much more meaningful to dogs and R+ does not even begin to replicate that

Like people waiting for consent (from said animal) to ride their horses….. why bother with animals at all. I’m so uncertain about this new wave of pet owners. 😅

Do you have a team / trusted person who takes care of your board and trains when you are away? Asking bc I would like to go down the rehabilitation route of DT and I just assumed u can’t leave home💀
