@kolainebeautylounge: Blemish Removal: Seborrhoeic Keratosis Today we began treatment on this gentleman’s back, targeting two of the larger seborrhoeic keratoses along with three smaller ones. These raised, waxy-looking blemishes are incredibly common and benign, but can often become bothersome—either due to appearance, irritation, or changes in size. Our goal today was to remove a small selection to gauge how his skin responds and heals over the next six weeks. This patch test approach ensures we achieve the best results while being kind to the skin, especially on areas like the back where healing can take a little longer. We’ll be monitoring closely and, depending on the healing, can plan to treat the remaining lesions in a follow-up session.
