Hell No they shouldn't be charged. Taking kids stuff from them is the only avenue of discipline we have, and because of this children have this sense of entitlement that causes them to act out in the most drastic ways. God bless those Parents during this difficult time of loss and God save us all from our government that thinks they know how to raise our children better than we do.
