So must we follow the sequence of colon, liver, fungus/ parasites then metals. I feel like I don’t have the time and I need immediate relief from what I assume the heavy metals is causing. (Panic anxiety etc) also do we take herbs and then a binder (eg chlorela/cilantro and zeolite or charcoal. Thank you!
