I drink breath deep tea (you can find in Walmart) once a week it works the same it has mullein leaf,eucalyptus and thyme

The body naturally cleans the blood in healthy people. The liver, kidneys and lymphatic systems are the body’s natural filters. I’m not against plant based medicine but the general public most likely doesn’t need help filtering or detoxing. Healthy whole food diets and hydration should be enough for most people.
