OMELETE IS THE STEAK, scrambled eggs are ground beef. there are 10 steps to making a good french omelette and some restaurants use cooking one as a test to see if you have "it"

As a spanish nice try with the Spanish tortilla. as an advise fry the potato in abundant olive oil if you can and you can also play a lot with the texture and the cooking times
