When I got contrast, they put a butterfly needle into my hand and I had no symptoms. I just had to pee. Cuz it, increase your bladder production.

I had a cardiac ct last week and I wasn’t bothered about the contrast. I was concerned about the nitro lol felt like I had ice injected into my heart 🤣

YES: the metallic taste + the “uncomfortably warm” feeling + feeling like you’re peeing your pants. Also, my throat felt like it was closing up (but it wasn’t). What’s awful is that no one told me about any of this beforehand, so I thought I was having an allergic reaction. 😭
