You literally are not allowed to ask someone what their personal ambitions are tho. You can’t ask if they want to have a family or are trying to make a family.

It started so well in the explanation, and you’re so right. However that first question relies on co plate honesty both sides with doesn’t happen. Business makes cuts/redundancies as much as people’s circumstances change.

it depends on age. when you're young you probably haven't achieved much therefore a long list of goals. an older person may have achieved everything they wanted already and are happy to just do their job that they are good at.
