i feel like months 4-7 were the absolute hardest bc the adrenaline wears off & people check in less & the weight of everything hits & it’s soo hard. sending you so much love! 💓

Girl the age gap makes such a difference!! Mine are 3 1/2 years apart and my postpartum experience was sooooo much better than I think it would have been if they were as close as yours!

Had an extremely traumatic birth & darkk postpartum with my first, currently pregnant with my second and while I’m so excited, I also cry almost daily bc I’m so scared of reliving all of that again😭

Sometimes its okay to step back and let them grow! Ik you want them a certian time apart but gods timing is always important! Maybe focus on you and your two amazing babies, then a year from two

And there’s nothing wrong with waiting 2-3 or even more years to decide! They dont need to be so close together even though I know that sounds ideal. It so hard and your hormones take YEARS to recover

I think a larger age gap makes a huge difference 🩷🩷 like 2-3 years even. In my experience at least.

Baby turns 2 next months and I still feel like I would not be ready for another one yet and I’m finally feeling myself again. I think larger age gaps is the way to go.

I’ve always wanted 2 or 3. I’m so sad that I now feel like I can never do it again. I am 11 weeks post partum. We spent 3 weeks in intensive care as Bub had breathing & blood issues, my baby is struggling with gaining weight and we’ve been told she needs surgery in 3 weeks due to servere hip dysplasia🥺

I grew up always thinking that I would have 3 or 4 kids. I realized after how difficult my postpartum was with my first and how it is now with my second that my mental health cannot handle another. Sometimes we have to give up what we thought we wanted for what’s best for us mentally and emotionally. But it’s really hard 😔
