I've had 1 where they drilled the injector hold down too deep and it caused a coolant fountain 🤦♂️

Weird stuff can happen with new stuff. I've seen a drill bit broke off in a new from Cummins facorory crankshaft. Torched the #5 rod journal.

Can't be the head gasket, there are open dowels with o rings. Gotta be a plugged port.

When I worked at cat someone used silicone on the spacer plate gasket and blocked the oil passages. Smoked the whole top end. Was on a C18
