Okey but it all depends on the interviewer sometimes it is very easy to connect with them because they are open to it some recruiters are horrible you can’t get a smile out of their juding face

As a person that interviews a lot! I am looking for personality more than can you do the job. Do you fit in our work environment? I can always train someone better but cant work with people that are not going to make it fun to work with

If the recruiter asks what you’d like to achieve, always say “It’s kinda niche, but I’d like to participate in the Excel championship.” It always confuses yet sticks with them, it’s funny too.
