I wash and silk press once every 7/10 days and don't touch it until I wash it again. I went from chin length bob to mid back in 2 years with trims 😭

tight hairstyles will make it worse. you need loose hairstyles, whether its a braid or a ponytail. oil ends before you sleep and use a clarifying one a week. i started doing this and i can notice a difference in 2 weeks

I just trimmed my hair down to a long bob because the split ends weighed my hair down and had my hair super dry and now I don’t know any protective styles to use because my hair unravels I don’t want to put knotless or stitch braids in because I’m allergic to gel and usually it’s way to tight I would love any advice so I’m not doing a slick back every day!
