definitely not, i’d recommended getting it checked out if it doesn’t heal soon - i had minimal swelling and it went away fast

piercer here, swelling is normal and varies with each person. but if swelling persists, go to an APP certified piercer, make sure you have long enough high quality jewelry & using correct aftercare!

swelling is normal but you def need a longer bar. conch is my fav piercing but it was also my most painful heal. go back to your piercer and follow what they tell you.
