Maybe you should reorganise some of your lower drawers in the kitchen and switch items. Storage out of your reach should be for 1-2 in a year kinda thing

Create a walk in pantry from the room next to your kitchen. Add like one wall and a door probably to that playroom and section off a long rectangle pantry. You’ll ❤️it!
