Baking soda is harmful for the teeth as you're basically using a sandpaper on them. It might make them whiter, but you will also file down a protective layer

Did nobody take middle school science? Baking soda is a base, vinegar is an acid; they cancel each other out. You’d be brushing with toothpaste and salt water.
