as a McDonald's employee we have no control over that mobile app it is linked in your phone it is linked up to our computer that is it

first off a lot of customers put it for counter pick up, not understanding why we can't find it in drive thru, duh...secondly we don't make the rules for the app, so please don't point the finger at employees, for its not always us

that mcdonald’s is a 3 party app, all we do is put the code in & if doesn’t work, it just work, we can’t do anything other than put it in, the app is just like nike, or like any other online store. mcdonalds only gets a percentage from that app thats why a lot

then you need to check your app reinstall it or something because it is not the McDonald's fault that you do not get your order if you did not click arrived on your phone it will not come up on our system.

best thing to do is get there n when you are in curbside place the order there. Cause if you exit the app to do something else this happens.

I’m a manager at McDonalds & that food doesn’t come out of my check so I just fix it & move on.If it’s someone who comes in all the time then we just stop doing it for them.

Unfortunately McDonald’s has no control over app! Ur not stealing and she ain’t wrong u can reorder, it could of been anything app might need update or a glitch, wish McDonald’s was in control over app it would be easier, most if the time it’s a wrong location or just a glitch, not always the workers fault
