Call a podiatrist. Especially if you took a big hunk out and it still feels like it did before that. It may be too deep for you to get it out. (Podiatry assistant for 25 yrs)

There is an OTC medicine from Dr. Schols (sp?) where you put medicine on a band-aid then over the area. It helps to soften it so you can remove it easier.

My mom always taught me to cut a ‘v’ in the middle of the nail so each side has to grow ‘in’ to fix it

Epsom soak /teatree oil and try to slide a peice of cotton under the corner and soak wirh teatree oil 💝

Put little bits of tissue under each corner of the nail. You have to pack it quite tight to lift the nail up a bit ☺️

my dad and I have always used clippers to sorta, it sounds gross, but pick it out. but be careful not to go to deep, it leaves it tender and it will come back but it'll give relief for atleast week.
