In my case both mindsets come in to play. I'm human trying to stay positive but mood swings changes once I remember or see the reflections of what I have lost and my grief comes to visit my heart and mind.

Totally with you girl I have Crohn’s as well been in remission. My old med remicade does not work anymore and just have to change scared every day, but you got this cause you are strong. Getting up and going to work is not getting easier.
