I have a good friend who's daughter has spina bifida and she's a happy, healthy, very athletically talented 15 year old. I'm praying for yall, but there is a lot success with this condition.

My son had a mark like that and had to have an ultrasound, but everything was fine and actually, the mark is no longer visible either.

My oldest had to do the same. They didn't send us until she was like 9 weeks old and it was tough getting her to be still enough for them to do it. So glad you got in early!

my son was diagnosed in utero! had surgery at 23 weeks gestation! His was Myelomeningocele (most severe) and has full function as of now! praying for the best for Landon ❤️

I and both my kids had that shape with deep sacral dimples but are ok! I know this may still not be ok, but I wanted to let you know that the trait can occur without it as well. ❤️

I was born with SB in 1966. It was a milder cade, but I had all 4 of of babies watched like crazy in pregnancy. They each had a 1 in 100 chance. All are SB free!
