He was stabilised at hillbrow hospital then they took him to milpark hospital. They were not obligated to admit him as they don’t pay their bills. They also took him to Charlotte M hospital

The amount is not the issue, the 10mil is owed for a year, the government owes the money for more than 300days. SARS takes immediately, so tax has been payed on that money owed by Government.
