Out school nurse took all 5th and 6th grade girls into a classroom and explained everything. Our moms were also welcome. My mom and other moms attended.

I remember learning about tampons and pads in year six. they put the tampon in a glass of water to show us how it works.

we were taught about female contraceptives at a-level (17yrs) condoms were in year 11 (16) menstruation was vaguely mentioned in biology in year 9 (14) that was it

had the full girls only assembly where they gave us the pink box full of leaflets and starter period products and said either you've started your monthly or it will start soon read this and leave!

as someone going into yr10 at an all girls grammar school, we have done 1 lesson on periods and it was her telling us how often we will bleed and how much. that's it. as a girls aged 11-14 at a all girls u would think it would be more than that
