how you give the money before the complete the job. it is supposedto be paid in trenches 1. first trench at 40% you check the progress, 2nd trench 40% check and last 3rd trench 20% in completion

Once bitten twice shy, we were on the ground telling people about Nasi ispani before national elections and they were promised 3 year contracts. after elections people lost their jobs. Today I've got people that hate me because of empty promises. Now again promises and big talk only to be neglected after local elections. this time never I won't involve myself in lying to the community.
