I too am a director. put it this way, it's easy lifting an 80lb live person because they can help in alot of way, but.... bend down and lift an 80lb sack of concrete !! yup, not easy

I’ll lift and place them myself if they are 140lbs or less otherwise I use the lift.

In the UK, all our deceased after being dressed, are laid on fresh, clean white sheets. It takes 2 people (3/4 if bariatric) to lift the sheet with the deceased into a coffin.
