I tried to pull it out but I'm having trouble and I think one of the clear tubes that goes to it melted inside it

Mine keeps saying its out of filament but there is plenty. after one print when it said that, I did catch that it was not pulling the filament through because the filament broke inside so I fixed that but weird that it never told me that. tho its still saying there no filament, what do I do? no one else is saying they are having this issue so far.

I just had this problem got thr broken filiment out, I had turned machine off per a recommendation thiught was a clog at first. now after the restart and resume th4 whole head was smacking my print so I decided to take part off and recalibrate. was there another solution because this was a 12 hr print I was halfway thru
