@bibleberrystudynotes: I found a way to make Scripture pop with color without covering up the Bible verses!!! I decided to play around with @MEEDEN Art - US new oil pastels and see what they could do in the arena of Bible journaling / Bible art. Well I was shocked at how amazing this technique is! Not only that it’s super easy to do, so beginner friendly. The oil pastels highlight the Scripture beautifully and it’s so much faster than colored pencils. I can’t wait to create more. Oh and chose to feature the Noahic covenant as the symbol of the covenant is a rainbow. The passage is in Genesis 9:12-14 and this is a foundational covenant for Biblical theology and understanding the arch of the Bible.
