Combine cake mix, vegetable oil, and the eggs in a large mixing bowl. Stir until a dough is formed. 2. Cover bowl with Saran Wrap and place it in the fridge for about 30 minutes. 3. Preheat oven to 350°. 4. Scoop out cookie dough and roll into a ball with your hands. Toss each dough ball in granulated sugar and then in powdered sugar. Place each dough ball on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 5. Gently press Cinnamon Toast Crunch squares into each dough ball. 6. Bake cookies for 15 minutes. 7.
