It truly means the world to me and to Genesee County Animal Control. Ladybug’s life may have started off unfairly and full of heartache, but she is on to much better days and is getting her second chance at a happy life… something we wish for all dogs and cats that have been left behind, neglected, and abused. But here’s the thing… there’s a million Ladybugs out there. As sad as it is to say, there is no shortage of animals in need. Please consider adopting from your local animal shelter. Whether it be GCAC, a rescue, or another municipal shelter, we are all drowning and can use the help. The animal rescue world feels like emptying the ocean with a bucket.
