Your house is going to look Amazing!! I would look at an off-white with beige undertones if you are having exposed wood beams that are darker. Not sure about grey but it could also look good if you do any kind of industrial design. All depends on what you decide to go with for decor theme. Contemporary, Rustic, industrial/ contemporary design etc. My cousin is an interior designer and has taught me a lot about how painting choices are harder if you’re not sure what you want decor wise. Hope this helps. 😁
