@izzie.miller: There’s one area in my life at the moment, where no matter what I do, it always seems to be the ‘wrong’ thing, or go down the wrong way 🙈😂 At first it really affected me, and the more I tried to make things ‘right’ the more I seemed to get things ‘wrong!’ Until I realised… when you act authentically, from a place of intuition, gut instinct, or heck - even simple kindness - you will never do something intrinsically ‘wrong’, and if it gets seen that way, it’s usually more of a reflection of the other person, than you! Kind people don’t tell you you’re wrong, they have a conversation with you and help you to improve. Kind people don’t assume that you are doing something malicious, they come and ask you what your reasons were. Kind people seek to understand, not to judge. So if you feel like you’re continually ‘messing up’, not enough, or doing everything wrong - ask yourself: 1) why did I do what I did? 2) is the person who’s telling me I’m ‘wrong’ doing it in a kind way? 3) does what I did feel right to me? Getting advice and external opinions is super important, but so is your gut instinct and understanding of yourself. ✨ You ARE enough. ✨ You are NOT doing everything wrong. ✨ And you ARE worthy of kind conversations based on compassion rather than judgment ❤️ #selfhelp #selflove #compassion #communication
