Pastor here- I suggest you check out a variety of different denominations. My advice is that you put the Bible in a priority position over the denomination or church- if that make sense?

Brother try to go to a Catholic mass, the mass is meant for the body and blood of Christ. We read 1 passage from the Old Testament, one passage from the epistles, and one passage from the gospels

Non denominational is the way to go if you want to feel less judged and build a spiritual relationship with Jesus. But try whatever you feel God is pulling you to. He will tell you where to stay.
