So many misguided comments. It’s thermal throttling, 95°C isn’t necessarily dangerous but you’re leaving a lot of performance on the table. Drain the loop, take the CPU water block off and repaste.

93°C is the normal temperature under heavy load. The problem occurs when temperatures exceed 100 °C on AMD. the problem with cooling is when the temperature immediately after switching on is EXTREMAL

Is you radiator fans exhaust or intake? Because exhaust is expelling hot air from inside the case and it won’t cool your coolant as good as pulling in the cooler air from outside the case.

you shouldnt run that hot i run ipt to low 80s in worst case and oveclocked heavily something is configured wrong please sit down with someone and fix that before gaming again
