67% if you giving lawyer 33%.. you ALWAYS tell them you'll pay your medical bills out of your own pocket.. NEVER out of the settlement!.. I learned this when I was 19

You’re correct if you have a good attorney, they will already negotiate those bills for you so you can get the maximum settlement but you can negotiate those medical bills yourself.

My grandson was in a car accident about a year ago, my daughter told him she was going to be his lawyer. She handled everything she charged him a fee less than the lawyers fee 😁
