Caesaria in Israel is amazing. Beyond the functioning Roman theater, the aqueduct and the Temple of Jupiter ruins, there's a complete artificial Roman concrete port. Made by sinking crates of concrete to the sea bed.

Romans Clearly didn't build the platform at Baalbek. They built smaller things On it. We know that romans could not quarry 1000 ton stones.
