3 hours officer?? So if I drove to a bar and had too much drink, and decide to take an uber, if the cop saw me pull up to the bar 2 hrs and 59mins ago, he can legally check me and do what??! I’m guilty of drinking and walking to my uber?? So tired of the lying!!
