First time trying baby food with identical twin boys 👦🏼👦🏼 We decided to try making our own baby food with some carrots and breast milk. Surprisingly, the boys did much better with it than we thought they would. After a couple of strange faces, Leo and Luka really seemed interested in the carrot puree. I know that I won’t be able to be there for every milestone that the boys will hit, but I make it a priority to be there as much as I can. My mind honestly can’t comprehend how it seems like just yesterday I was holding two newborn babies… and now they’re already trying food for the first time. I think the lack of sleep contributes to it, but I feel like time is just absolutely flying by and I wish it would stop. We’re in real trouble now that the boys are both crawling 👦🏼👦🏼 Jordan and I have realized how difficult it is going to be to wrangle Leo and Luka, especially once they get on their feet. I don’t think anyone is truly prepared to become a parent, but we try our best to figure it out along the way. Everyone will have an opinion on how to parent, but only you truly know what’s best for your kids. Every day is a new opportunity to watch our boys grow and experience the world, and there is no greater feeling as a parent. Spending time with my wife, boys, and pups is all I need to have a great life. Trying some new food with identical twin boys 👦🏼👦🏼 The boys are 6 months old now and I feel like there are so many new things happening and we can’t keep up. Luka finally got a helmet to help round out the back of his head which Jordan and I spent a good amount of time deciding if we should get him one or not. Every choice a parent makes for their kids seems to be questioned a thousand times but we felt this was the right thing for him and that is all that matters. I will say, the first time I took Luka’s helmet off after a few hours I almost passed out with how bad it smelled 😂. He seemed to get a kick out of my reaction.
