For me? The only thing that works is a calorie deficit and exercise 3-4 times a week. And that makes me sad because I really like food! Truth, though.

Work on your relationship with food. You will have to eat forever, so choose something sustainable, even if results are slower. Find your why, and tap into that in those days where consistency lacks.

Reminding myself that discipline IS self love! I also cut out sugar 100% and I feel so much better that I don’t miss it.

For me it’s intermittent fasting. I do a 16/8 ritual. So I’ll fast from 7 p to 11 a fast and I drink a 300 cal protein shake for lunch and workout 5/6 days a week. You got this!!

I fast during the day. Then I walk around 10-12 miles after work and once I get home, I can eat/drink all I want and shed weight. Calorie counting and discipline

Weight Watchers always worked for me. I’m just not dedicated enough and have a terrible relationship with food. But, my sister lost 90lbs on WW and has kept it off for 10+ years now.

Small substitutes make a big impact. Grilled chicken instead of fried chicken, for example

You really can’t make it a chore. You really do have to make it something you enjoy for me. I had to find an exercise I liked, and then the diet in terms of feeling fueled became easy.

Not exactly sure what diet you’re planning on doing but I focus more adding healthy foods than I do on cutting out foods. Ex. I add an extra veggie to a meal instead of cutting foods

Small steps, if you try to completely change your diet/lifestyle it probably won’t stick. Start with smaller sustainable changes and ramp up over time. Also track your calories.

Considering joining a CrossFit gym, a good gym has a good community. Could also help you meet new people.

Don’t deprive yourself of everything you enjoy. Set long term, achievable goals. Burn more calories than you consume. Join Camp Gladiator. Lift weights. Eat protein. Good luck!! You got this.

Win the small battle of showing up to workout each day, even if it’s not as productive a day. Give yourself a cheat meal, not a cheat day. Ninja creami for “heslthy” easy desserts

I second the CrossFit workout. But whatever workout you chose, high protein, some carbs, avoid sugars and drink water…..your weight in kilograms is the ounces of water you want to shoot for.

Keep your meals fun. Chicken, rice and veggies is gonna wind up making this all feel like a chore. High protein low carb meals are all over this app

High protein low carb! I did a full bloodwork panel and worked with a nutritionist to see what my body needed! The weight just fell off! I added in 4x a week cardio. Worked for me!
