Omitting a countertop for the sake of looks is a level of privilege I never thought I would witness during my lifetime. Did you ever think you might spill something while using the kitchen? and that the liquid might actually end up INSIDE the cabinets since the door is literally making a pool that stops the fluid from falling to the ground, but makes it drip down the inside of each door... I kind of almost respect it, is like showing the world how little you need to think about a funcional space, bc you don't even use it.

I tried the extended front panels after watching your video but have to say I kind of regret it when there is spills or anything. Everything drops deep into the shelves :(

Higher door for lower cabinets : really nice & good idea but when a liquid spills on the countertop does it go directly inside the cabinet ?

Wood countertop imo are so unpractical compared to other materials. Can get water and heat damage from everyday cooking.

I actual really love the hidden shelf, I would imagine it to be slightly more of of a hassle to clean, but worth it. The front would annoy me when cooking, but visually really nice.

Cleaning the back shelf 😞, also not installing a coup de pied is not a good idea, it’s crazy difficult to broom under the cabinets.
