Not everyone wants a facelift, and if you start doing sculptra early enough, you could prevent from having to get a facelift. Getting your face ripped open should be the very last alternative not the first.

Not all biostimulators are the same and this advice is somewhat misleading. The newer generation of biostims are NOT the same as sculptra and do not cause these issues

She’s absolutely spot on, you basically will never be able to have a facelift it causes inflammation underneath the skin making it extremely hard to have facial surgery

I’ve had it, done properly, and many of my friends are facial surgeons. There is so much nuance to this. Mike Nayaks case was aggressive multimodal treatments.

Basically “biostimulators” are still a form of filler but it’s micro drops injected all throughout so you’re not gonna be able to reverse or dissolve if you have complications or look too overfilled

Lumps after sculptra used to be common but a lot has changed over the years. Sculptra doesn’t tend to leave lumps anymore when done correctly and you can still have a face lift.

Sculptra is NOT a bio stymulator. It is FDA approved as gel implant and marketed to people who have no idea as bio stymulator. It is not resolvable and its injection protocol includes massaging the area. Why? Because its tissue integration suck, because IT IS NOT A bio stymulator. Read fda approval!
