Universal Molten Lava Cake FrameworkThe Components:The Batter: 1/2 cup dark chocolate (or white matcha chocolate), 1/2 cup butter, 2 eggs + 2 yolks, 1/4 cup sugar, 3 tbsp flour.The Garnish: Dusting cocoa powder (or matcha powder), vanilla ice cream, fresh raspberries, mint sprigs.The Method:Melt & Mix: Melt chocolate and butter together until silky.
