IMO, the folks giving you a hard time are the same people who have never been around a horse. They aren’t dogs or cats. Doing best by the horse sometimes means finding them a different home 🖤

If people aren’t involved with horses much they’re the ones saying “omg you can’t sell them you can’t this you can’t that” they do not understand.. you do what is best & safest for you & the horse too

I hope stories like these help normalize these scenarios. Not all sellers are honest and the buyer and horse collectively shouldn’t suffer for that. In the end, you’ll help him get a far better home.

It’s unfortunate that we can’t hold these sellers accountable when things happen because they withheld truthful information just so they can pass the issue along to the next person. Do what YOU know will be best for him, you and your other horses.

I grew up around horses but never owned one myself. Even i know its dangerous when certain information isn't disclosed. my grandma got hurt from a drugged horse she thought was different.
