Benzodent for the pain. but if you’re experiencing rubbing you definitely need an adjustment and only a dentist can fix that ❤️

By going to your dental provider to get an adjustment. That’s the only way to fix the issue.

Go to provider that made them to make some adjustments . And rinse with salt water a few times a day !

if it's your teeth rubbing your gums get you a piece of fine sand paper and sand it down just a little at a time

I cut up Seabond strips and wrapped it around the gumline of the denture where it was rubbing. Sort of like a bandaid. Temporary fix until you can get an adjustment but a life savor.

Benzodent for pain you can get it on Amazon. Also oragel mouth wash for sores. Warm salt water. Maybe an adjustment

Oral B mouth sore mouthwash helps also Kanka soft brush it’s a pain gel to help numb those spots.
