Brown butter salted caramel recipe below: INGREDIENTS: -1 cup sugar -6 tbs butter -1/2 cup heavy cream -1 tsp salt -1/2 tsp vanilla extract INSTRUCTIONS: -brown butter in a sauce pan and set aside -Heat the sugar in a pan over medium heat until it is melted, bubbly and rich in color. -Add browned butter.
