This is the absolute best cheesecake recipe I’ve ever made. I add 1/4 cup cream and you absolutely HAVE to trust that it’s done at 1h40m because it won’t look like it. It’s like a no fail recipe.

I made this today, and EVERYONE said it was the best cheesecake they’d ever had. Mine did NOT crack, it was so creamy, not dry and dense. I won’t use any other recipe now. Perfection!

Just made this. Followed everything to the T and it never browned on the edges. Stayed jiggly even after 2 hours in the oven. Now im letting it sit. We will see how it goes 😭😭
