Dear Smoochie team,
I placed an order on July 9th, choosing DHL Express and paid via bank (Shop Pay). It’s now July 15th and I have received no tracking number or proof of shipment. I contacted you several times, but have received no meaningful response, and now you’re ignoring my refund request.
Unless I receive a full refund within 24 hours, I will:
Report your store to my bank for fraudulent activity;
File a complaint to European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net);
Leave detailed negative reviews across public platforms (Trustpilot, Reddit, Facebook, etc.);
Warn others about your store online.
Please treat this matter seriously and issue the refund immediately.
