I saw a older lady cry and quit the first week on the phones. I hate when ppl say oh you sit down all day… um do you get how stressful it is to deal w multiple personalities within a few mins for 8hr

at least my first customer was so patient and kind.. he kept on giggling and saying "you're fine".. I was so nervous at that time but he made it easy for me.. I will never forget you Steve 🙏😭
