@awesomeframers: As a framer, I'm responsible for draft and/or firestop. It is much better to do all this work before the MEP comes in, so we don't have to cut around pipes, wires or ducting. Even so, we prefer to use a rated foam as we with a reusable applicator. . DPA Gun Foam II with the Sharpshooter XLP make this about as easy as it gets.
