About the egg peeling, I’m from the UK, always easy peel eggs, moved to WA 15 years ago, so hard to Peel an egg here 😂 in one go, it’s weird, can’t get shell off in one go, is it just me or my eggs 😂😂 store eggs are horrendous, farm eggs brilliant.

Next time boil your water then straight from the fridge take your eggs at the flat bottom use a teaspoon tap gently till you hear it change tone (a little pop) then put into boiling water.

Crack them with a spoon as you drop them into the ice bath. Allows to the steam to escape and the water cool them down more rapidly. Then use the teaspoon under the shell when fully chilled. Cassie knows what’s up.I’m going to make some of these tomorrow 😍
